Community Concert Series
This year marks our 10 year Anniversary as
“The Reginald Cyntje Group”. To celebrate we are presenting a “Community Concert Series” which will feature members of the group and other gifted musicians.
Each month on a Saturday afternoon, The Reginald Cyntje Group will provide a free concert around the Washington, DC area. This event is perfect for the entire family. The concerts will be held at historic jazz clubs, cultural venues, community centers, schools, and adult living facilities.
As you can imagine, this is a costly venture. You can help with money, time,
promotion, product donation, or other services.
Donations
Individuals can sponsor a concert in whole or in part and have their name listed on our website and some promotional material. You may also donate anonymously.
Your support will ensure efforts to bring future performances to various
members in the community. Thank you for your contribution.
Sponsor
We offer different ways for businesses to sponsor “The Community Concert Series”.
Platinum Sponsor ($1,000) and receive exclusive advertising for that concert to include your company’s
name, website, email, phone number, physical address, slogan, and logo on all promotional
materials in addition to a full page display on our website.
Gold Sponsor ($600) and receive advertisement for that individual concert
which includes your business name, logo, website, physical address, and phone number listed on all marketing
materials in addition to a half page display on our website.
Silver Sponsor ($300) and receive advertisement for that individual
concert which includes your business name, website, and phone number listed on all marketing
materials in addition to a 3 1/2 x 5 display on our website.
Bronze Sponsor ($150) and receive advertisement for that individual concert which includes business name and website on all marketing materials in addition to information listed on our website.
Marketing materials include but are not limited to the Cyntje Jazz website, flyers, email promotions, radio announcements, and on-site promotions at concert venues.
Since our concerts are at 3pm on Saturday afternoons, we are reaching a very diverse demographic in the Washington, DC
metropolitan area.
